Daytime Delivery guarantees your flowers delivered any time between 8am and 8pm on your chosen date, and is available for same day delivery until 2pm.
Express Delivery gives you the option of choosing a four hour time window. This option is available 24/7.
Priority Delivery is best for those with specific time needs. You can choose any time throughout the day or night to have your flowers delivered.
Rush Delivery guarantees your flowers delivered in two hours or less.

Where can I find my previous orders?
- You can find all your previous orders in your order history. You can also make changes to any orders that haven’t been delivered by viewing your open orders.

Where do my flowers actually come from?
- Our flowers are shipped overnight in refrigerated containers from flower farms in Los Angeles, Holland, Columbia and Ecuador. We also source seasonal flowers from local flower farms.

How fresh are my flowers?
- We get a fresh shipment of flowers every Monday and Thursday, and keep them in our super cold refrigerator at 38°F so they stay fresh until we get our new shipment. At that temperature, flowers can last up to a month!

How can I make sure my flowers last as long as possible?
- 1.- Change the water with cold tap water as soon as you see it get a bit dirty.
2.- Make sure the water level in the vase is ¾ full.
3.- Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and in a cool place (we keep them at 38°F).
4.- Take a sharp knife or a pair of scissors to trim the base of the stems every time you change the water.
5.- If you see any browning or damaged petals, remove them! Dirty petals will rot the other flowers in the bouquet.
